Compatibility
These brake pads are compatible with:
- SRAM Code R
- SRAM Code RS
- SRAM Code RSC
- SRAM Guide RE
- Avid Code (2011+)
Designed to fit the SRAM Code brake pad platform used on many trail, enduro, downhill, and e-bike braking systems.
NOTE-SRAM Guide 'RE' is the only brake in the Guide series compatible with these brake pads.
Which Compound Should You Choose?
Ceramic
Ceramic pads provide smooth engagement, low noise, and excellent modulation. They are a popular option for trail riders who prioritize control and quiet braking.
Semi-Metallic
Semi-metallic pads balance power, durability, and modulation. For many riders, they offer the best all-around performance across a wide range of terrain and weather conditions.
Metallic
Metallic pads deliver maximum durability and heat resistance. They are the preferred choice for bike park riding, enduro racing, e-bikes, and wet conditions where braking systems experience high temperatures and prolonged use.
How Do I Know If These Fit?
Most SRAM brakes have the model name printed directly on the caliper body.
If your brake says:
- Code R
- Code RS
- Code RSC
- Guide RE
these pads will fit.
If you’re unsure, remove the existing pads and compare the backing plate shape. SRAM Code pads use a larger four-piston pad design and are not interchangeable with SRAM Maven, Level, DB, or Guide two-piston brake systems.
