Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Installed or used bicycle parts

• Special order items

• Gift cards

• Clearance and sale items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by EasyBikes.

Installed, ridden, or used bicycle components cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or warranty issue.
