How To Identify Your Shimano Brake Pads

The easiest way to confirm compatibility is to check the model number on your brake caliper. If you ride Shimano XT, XTR, Saint, Zee, or MT-series 4-piston brakes, these pads are likely the correct fit.

You can also remove your existing pads and compare the backing plate shape. Shimano D-Type, H-Type, and N-Type pads share the same physical format used across many Shimano 4-piston systems.

EasyMTB products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal riding conditions.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by accidents or modifications. Wear items such as brake pads and seals are expected to be replaced as part of regular maintenance.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a fair solution.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
